ABSTRACT
In a world where access to quality education can unlock countless opportunities, many individuals possess the potential to excel but lack the financial resources to pursue their dreams. Subsequently, this study aims to develop an Online Donation System (ODS) with decision support capabilities for Kaili University to enhance the donation process for educational philanthropy. A mixed-methods research design, integrating both descriptive and developmental research was utilized in the study. The findings revealed that traditional donation systems faced challenges such as difficulties in selecting recipients, irregular fund management, information opacity, and lack of donor feedback. The ODS was developed to address these issues, offering a secure, transparent, and efficient solution for educational donations. The system demonstrated a high degree of compliance with ISO 25010 Software Quality Standards and provided several suggested enhancements, including improved scholarship management, better control capabilities, and expanded payment options.
