ABSTRACT
This tracer study evaluated the employability, productivity, and community engagement of BS Psychology graduates of St. Paul University Philippines from Academic Years 2018–2019 to 2023–2024 using a descriptive quantitative design. Data were collected through an institutional questionnaire developed jointly with the School of Arts, Sciences, and Teacher Education and the Quality Assurance Office. Results showed that 73% of graduates were gainfully employed, primarily in full-time positions within government and private institutions. The University’s Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives were rated to a very great extent (M = 3.69), while the program’s relevance, quality, and contribution to personal and professional development also received very high ratings (M = 3.50). Areas identified for improvement included practicum exposure, research training, and faculty development. Overall, the findings indicate that the BS Psychology program effectively produces competent, values-driven, and service-oriented graduates aligned with the University’s mission of academic excellence and moral leadership.
