ABSTRACT
Higher education institutions play a crucial role in driving a nation’s economic growth by producing graduates with the skills and competencies required in the workforce. Employers expect that graduates possess the essential knowledge, attitudes, and skills demanded by the industry. This study examined employers’ feedback on the competencies of graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program of St. Paul University Philippines. Employing a mixed-method research design, the study utilized a structured questionnaire to gather both quantitative and qualitative data. The participants were managers and heads of organizations from both private and public sectors, selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using frequency and percentage distribution, weighted mean, and thematic analysis. Findings revealed that BSBA graduates possess a very high level of foundation, adaptive, collaborative, technical, and employability skills, indicating that they effectively meet industry requirements. These competencies enable graduates to perform efficiently, contribute positively to teamwork, and promote organizational success. The results suggest that the BSBA program of St. Paul University Philippines effectively equips students with the necessary skills to compete in local, national, and global labor markets. It is recommended that the University sustain and continuously enhance its academic and skills development programs to ensure graduates remain industry-ready and globally competitive.
