ABSTRACT

Technology continues to redefine how people work, learn, and interact, influencing various sectors including education. The COVID-19 pandemic has further emphasized the necessity of integrating technology into academic processes, particularly in monitoring and documentation systems. This study focuses on developing an Online Industry Immersion Monitoring and Evaluation System designed to enhance efficiency and transparency in monitoring On-the-Job Training (OJT) activities. The system addresses common challenges such as inaccurate record-keeping, difficulty in tracking attendance, delayed performance evaluations, and inefficient communication between coordinators and students. By utilizing a secure and reliable web-based platform, the proposed system enables coordinators to manage student records, attendance, and progress reports in real time. The system’s back-end framework ensures data accuracy, security, and accessibility, reducing the risks of data loss and manual errors. Ultimately, the developed system aims to streamline OJT management processes, support coordinators in effective supervision, and provide a dependable tool for improving documentation and evaluation in academic institutions.
