ABSTRACT

The ITE Convention Website with Registration is a system created to simplify and automate the ITE Convention registration procedures. It acts as a centralized platform for effectively managing the several facets of event registration. The project was organized into phases using agile methods, and it involved continuous improvement through cycles of planning, execution, and assessment as well as ongoing stakeholder participation. Pen and paper methods of traditional event registration present several problems, such as redundant data entry, security flaws, and ineffective participant information management. These problems lead to disorganized data and limited accessibility, which makes it challenging to deliver efficient customer support and precise data management. In conclusion, the ITE Convention Registration System is entirely useful and functional, providing an easy-to-use interface for registering attendees, safe storage of personal information, automated confirmation of registration, real-time updates on event schedules, and extensive data analytics. The efficiency of handling event registrations is greatly increased by this method, which offers participants and organizers a safe, convenient, and eco-friendly option.
