ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to evaluate the users’ experience and performance of the St. Paul University Philippines (SPUP) website. Mixed method approach was used in the study. The participants of the study were students and the students’ parents of SPUP. An online questionnaire with quantitative and qualitative parts was used to gather data. The quantitative approach was used to evaluate the users’ experience and performance of the website. While the qualitative approach was used to elicit information with regards to suggested improvements and enhancements for the current SPUP website. The SPUP website was known by most of the participants through social media. The participants visited most frequently “online admission and enrollment procedures” especially during the pandemic. The overall assessment of the participants on the performance of the SPUP website is “very good”. Most of the participants suggested the creation of a chatbot and the online application of transcript of records and certificates/documents to improve and enhance the services of the website.
